Who would file amicus briefs on NFL's behalf?

I don't know if amicus brief filings are allowed via anonymous leaks.

Bob Kraft could file one, just to cover all of his bases.

Bill Nye the scienceless guy.

Chris Mortensen could file a Distort Report.

Don Shula will file one just in case the Pats and Brady go undefeated.

Marshal Faulk could file one if he can get someone to write it for him.

Felger and Mazz?

Greg Doyel?

Bob Kravitz?

It's funny but it wouldn't shock me if they had an intern whose sole job was to monitor team fan sites and report on the goings on there......
"No sir, nothing new on Patsfans.com ,patspulpit or Patriots planet, just intelligent discussion by chemists, physics professors and lawyers debunking the junk science of Exponent and exposing lies told to the court by our legal department. Oh and they wanted to know if the Commissioner still fornicates with barnyard animals...."

Interesting development as seen in this thread. Basically, if the NHL were to file an amicus in support of the NFL, there 's a good chance it would cause them to lose the lawsuit they just filed against a neutral arbitrator.
This 100% supports something I've been saying for months but not getting many people to realize:

Limiting power of arbitrators is not a left-right issue. In general, an unfair arbitrator is as likely to benefit management as it is labor.

This is easy! The Pentaverate!
