If Moses retires, these may be one-year options.

It's not been a very good year so far on kick returns, not having Brandon Tate do it I think hurts the team a bit as Tate had 2 returns for TDs alone last year.

The Pats are one of only 7 teams to not have had a kick return for a TD as of yet.

Who should the Pats use as the primary guy to try and get better at returns?...so far it's been divided among several and all have not done much.

Edelman has the longest return so far at 37 yards.

I know I am not thrilled without seeing one guy regularly do it,I think good things will eventually happen if we stop rotating so much at it.

Personally I think McCourty is the guy for the job...this is what he excelled at Rutgers and aside from taking a chance of injury on a KR,I think he gives us the most chance to do something good with the ball.

I'd love to see Welker do it but he's too critical to the offence to be put out there for the returns. Maybe Underwood will make a statement sunday night with his kick returns since he seems to of been brought in for that purpose.

I worry about fumbles first. I'd rather have Faulk than Edelman as a kick returner.

McCourty is likely our best. However, I don't think that we should not use him in that role. It did work with Hobbs in the past, but the risk is great.

I'd favor using Woodhead, and trying out Ridley, Vareen and Underwood.

How about Shane ****ing Vereen? He was suppose to be some RB / KR demon.

Vereen or maybe even Underwood...he returned quite some kicks for the Jags last year as far as I read.
Most important thing: stick with one guy and give him all the reps, instead of rotating continously.

I didn't include Underwood because I simply think he is just around for a week or shall I say they are 'VENTRONEning' him.

I think it's apparent that other than a breakout of injury,Vereen will be redshirted and sit on the bench until next year...it's not a smart thing but then again Belichick has done more dumb things with this team this year then in his previous 10 with the team so it doesn't surprise me one bit.

Call me crazy..but put Chad back there. Yeah he doesn't have the speed but do anything to jump start him. Everyone else they put back there sucks anyways so why not?

Slater was awful but I'd give him another shot
If Underwood got lots of reps at KR during summer camp I'd consider him too
But if Ben Vereen is gonna be game day active he's another possibility

How about we use a player who can actually run a sub 4.4 40? I am sick of the lack of speed on this team. Get some FAST players.

Vereen,Underwood or Ridley...see what the kids have....

They're on the team...use them !

I would say McCourty, but if we lost him for any length of time, the secondary would be worse than a Maine high school team's secondary. I'd say Slater, Edelman, or Vereen. At this point, I'm really missing Brandon Tate at that position.

Underwood averaged 5yds per return more than Edelgrabber

I'll take the over on Underwood.

Shane Vereen...

Sergio Brown, if he fumbles it doesn't hurt the D anymore than he already is, if he gets hurt then we all win.

McCourty, Vereen, or Underwood.

Shane Vereen KR

Did it very well in college... very dynamic.

When will he get the opportunity here to do so?

Nobody has said Connolly yet

So I'll be the first, Dan Connolly
