Who is your Patriots MVP on Offense and Defense

Personally, I would put McGowan over Meriweather. Meriweather still has had some up and down games. People seem to ignore the miss tackles he has made and he has made quite a few. Meriweather is much improved and playing very well this year, but he still has the problem with that his agressiveness and flying around the field does actually get him out of position at times in coverage. The guy can make plays and have made some of the biggest this year for this team, but he has also made some of the bigger missed tackles too.

McGowan on the other hand has been less flashy, but he has been shutting down opposing TEs all year. Let's face it. That has been a huge problem for this team for several years now. It cost the Pats a shot at the Super Bowl in the 2006 season when they had no answer for Dallas Clark in the AFC Championship game.
