Where was Doug?

Doug comes in during the 4th quarter, this makes no sense, where was he the rest of the game? he clearly was the only WR suited up for us who can catch a football and make a play, why was he sitting on the sideline the whole game until it was basically out of reach?

The only non-sarcastic thing I can think of is that maybe he's more injured than they let on, and they were only saving him for emergency time. He caught a ton of passes in the one drive, but after that it became clear the game was over and he sorta disappeared again.

No that's your specialty. Rice said in his article if Gabriel can get healthy....and since they talk all the time apparently he's aware that Doug isn't. Brady said in his post game that Doug is battling an injury but came in to try and help...

I like that, he sees his team getting killed out there and he comes in and help despite his injury. Team guy. One bright spot. Now let's just get healthy and help your team notches a few more W's.
