Things will change, of course, but the major personnel groups that surprised or worried you, where do we stand?

Brady, looks like a warrior king casually laying waste to all he encounters. Calm, not piling on. Hope it continues.

Weapons? Gronk, Edel and dola, just taking up where they left off. In reserve, untapped scott chandler, dobson taking what's given and making catches. Cadet, White in reserve. Don't think Lewis is a superior receiver, but he knows what to do in the open field and we've got a big/small RB combo that's scary.

O Line-surprise of the year, maybe a strength when/if Stork and Wendell are back. Never expected that. Cannon made some good run blocks and played left tackle. O is for optimistic.

Defense? I'm sold on the DL getting together and untapped talent with the rooks/Rufus. Branch looked good swip0ing the ball, siliga's solid, so maybe we are decent against the run. Sheard and company will get better with familiarity, I'm optimistic. LBs = outstanding potential, talent/experience.

I'm sure doubts will creep in, there's always issues, but is CB depth our only concern right now? If Harmon keeps it up, we've got a pretty good back line, with reserves! Fletcher is strong and a good role player IMO, but we need another fast cover guy. Remember, Parcell's "you are what you are" came before you it is what it is. Fletcher isn't a deep cover guy, but a good role player, tackler against bigger receivers IMO. Ryan played well at times and is good at something, just not sure it's something we need. As a poster stated, he's playing well with the play in front of him, like a safety, poor otherwise. We don't need another safety.

IMO. we need one corner. wouldn't mind a tackle/g to compete with Cannon, but he looked OK today IMO. Maybe it was health? He looked good two years ago.

Throw a weakness out there, I could be seeing only the sunshiney side of the street.

Picking up a decent nickel corner might be the answer. I don't ever want to see Brown inside while fletchers outside. Brown Butler and a quick nickel guy who can bounce outside would allow them to use fletcher where he can be physical instead of on an island against the fastest WRs in the league.

Undersized, but quick CBs are a lot more affordable than top corners. I'd love to see them give some young guy a chance.
