When the player shows up or at the end of pre season?

Probably at the end of the off season program as most of them are pro rated or based on reaching a certain minimum % of attendance (usually a high % like 90). Not sure what will happen given the lockout but they may pay them all or pay them based on affadvit's from private trainers or not pay them at all. It's likely among the devilish details they are still working out.
