I think the best middle finger the patriots can give the league next year is to insist for the entire season on using the same exact balls as the opposing team.
League rules state that a team must provide 12 game balls as well as 12 backup balls. if a ball isn't fit to be used, or they run out, a ball is to be taken from the opposing team
What if the patriots provide Zero balls. every game. How ****ing sweet would that vengence taste to tear threw the league next year, not only by blowouts, but by double finger saluting the league and haters by doing it with the same balls their own teams use each game.
"oh whats that, using our balls gave us an unfair advantage, ahhh here allow us to drop 60 points on you using your balls."
The nation would be flooded with salty tears.
