What was your favorite play from JEST@NE?

My favorite play was actually a coaching decision, but it clearly highlighted how much BB was into Sexy Rexy's head: challenging the spot on Sanchize's failed sneak. NY was so amped up and wired their head coach couldn't think straight, which said a lot for where the team's heads were.

Benny's run with Vollmer holding him up while pummeling Revis. Yep.
2nd is when G Warren throws Sanchez's hand warmer to the ground.

Woody's run after catch across the field for a big gain with the entire Jets D chasing him...I swear that I expect him to run between some defender's legs one of these weeks.

The beautiful play where Welker and Woodhead were in the backfield and criss-crossed among the defensive line behemoths, resulting in Woodhead ending up one on one with Mike Devito.

My favorite was every play that Woodhead made against the Jets last night. Because he'd immediately turn towards the Jets sideline and glare at them. Woodhead talked like it didn't matter to him in the post game with Millen and Young, but you could tell that it did..

The only thing that would have made it better would have been Woodhead getting a TD. He might have actually walked the ball over to Rex to hand it to him.. *LOL*

Haha. Yeah Woodhead has quickly become one of my favorite Pats. He is really a competitor out there and just makes big plays for us!

I'd have to say the defensive INTs top the list. Spikes at the goalline was a real backbreaker, he's been coming along nicely. McCourty had another big pick just showing us what an athlete and cover corner he has developed into. And Sanders just to add insult to injury to Sanchez' day. That was just a giveup pick by Sanchez as there wasn't a Jet within 10 yards of Sanders.

Then there's Brady's 4 big TDs, all of them on precisely delivered passes where the Jets had no way to defend. Yeah Branch's 4th and 3 sticks out there. But Tate's foot + forearm, Welker's tumble into the endzone were great too. Hernandez even got in on the shenanigans with the PA fake for an easy score.

And let's not forget BJGE who just powered himself in for two big TDs, one to start the Pats off with a big 10-0 lead and the last to cap off the scoring. His power rushing at the goal line was truly a beautiful sight. This offense is really great when it can balance its passing with its rushing. Then Tom Brady's deadly play action gets that much better. Everything clicked for this offense and defense feeding off one another. It was really an awesome sight to behold.

Favorite plays from yesterday

I'm watching the game a second time and these are some of my favorite plays.

1. Arrington's tackle on Edwards to prevent a 1st down.

2. Before Spikes' interception, you can hear the announcer (maybe Gruden) say something like "Sanchez hasn't thrown an interception here." Then. INTERCEPTED!!! LOL!!!!!!

3. 2nd Quarter, with about 3:15 left. Ninkovich set the edge to prevent an outside run and the defense (cunningham, ninkovich, spikes, page) swamp the runner.

4. Not really a play but an overall play from individual. We didn't hear Keller's name cos Chung was all over him all game. Reminds me of Rodney covering Dallas Clark.

5. Woodhead burning DeVito on that play in the 2nd quarter. LOL!!!!!!

6. 3rd quarter 7min mark. Coleman GRONKED!!

1. Devin McCourty INT and mocking of the airplane celebration.

2. Hernandez's TD catch and him "making it rain" as a celebration.

3. Page and Greene going head to head on Greene's run up the middle. Unstoppable force vs. immoveable object. Page went down first but you could tell that Greene was hurting after that.
