Anyone want to bet we will not be playing in the divisional PO round next year? If so and with the historical likelihood saying we win, we are then on its face 50/50 from another SB visit. (if we get to the SB then what happens from there is likely to be nail biting)).
Any way you slice it, in 2017/2018 will are likely to be in a 4 team contest to qualify for the SB (my guess come divisional round we will be looking at the Patriots, Raiders, KC, Pitt). That's the definition of being in the mix.

Pats have a good chance. The only QB for us to fear in the AFC is Carr. Ben isn't bad but i think his best days are behind him. Maybe took too much of a beating over the years.

If Romo joins the AFC it could be interesting if he stays healthy (big if).

Rivers doesn't have the team to threaten us with and Mariota doesn't either.

IMO unless something crazy happens it is Pats vs Raiders AFCCG.

Also Ravens are not a real threat IMO. They need to retool a lot.

Smith - retired most likely, Wallace - 31, Pitta - 32 Those are their top 3 receiving options.

On D Suggs will be 35 next year and was their top pass rusher. Dumervil is 33 and Weddle is 32, Webb will be 32.

They have some good young players too but this team might be worse next year. I would bet they will be.

Denver/Houston without a QB will be hard to deal with but we can manage it for sure.
