Face it sport, you are clueless. It's only due to the continual presense of the Douche Irae that you are not laughed off.
he's just trying to stir the pot and probably isn't as dumb as he acts.

this works for him and that other maroon:

obviously, it doesnt work well enough........

bottom part of the league in yards per attempt given up, bottom of the league in 3rd and long, bottom of the league in TD passes given up

a good pass rush is what allows a guy like troy brown to get 3 INT's (2004) and allows a team like the pats to limit manning's colts to 3 points with a rookie UDFA (gay) and a 2nd year 4th round pick (samuel) at the corners.......why? the PASS RUSH which was 3rd in the NFL in sacks.

it all comes down to the pass rush..........nobody does 'fine' without a pass rush....with a good pass rush, corners are almost arbitrary

The greatest pass rushers in the league can't get sacks if the back 7 or 8 aren't covering.

The defense is a unit; like a spiderweb. It is only as strong as it's weakest thread. The idea is to upgrade the weakest link which makes the entire defense stronger.

Is OLB the weakest thread on the defense? Lots of people think so,but I would argue that RDE is the weakest link.

When we had Seymour, healthy, opposing O Lines had to double him and Wilfork and that created a huge numbers advantage (9 vs. 7) for us. And BB exploited this to no end and looked like a genius.

The only guy in this draft even remotely capable of being Seymour-like is Suh, the best player in this draft. Would BB consider trading our 2010 #1 and the Raiders 2011 1st for a chance to jump up and take Suh?

Since we have 3 seconds,I think I would do this trade. Playmaking 3-4 DE's are very rare and BB needs to think long and hard before passing on a chance to get one.

You're a smart man Ochmed. As much sense as your post makes, it's hard to see BB trading up to #1 or 2 to get Suh. In spite of what all the scouts are saying, you have to wonder if he would be Seymour-esque at any time in years one or two--would he get eaten up by the nastier Tackles in the league or by double teams? Plus there's always the chance the college player doesn't make the transistion--always. (although out of any player in the draft, Suh is closest to being the exception to the rule).

I keep wondering if there's another guy out there available later that can be at least a healthy-Warren caliber 3-4 end.
