I think its gronk inc's call. no one is saving him. Hightower practiced with a knee brace for an mcl sprain but gronk didnt . Shows how they are approaching it.
This week will be a lot of chatter and calling out of gronk if he doesnt practice wednesday.

just use gronk on third down/the redzone.

can't rely on the keyshawn martins of the world.

A win next week will calm everyone down! The Pats vs Texans is pretty much a must win game for both teams! I think New England with their backs against the wall will find a way to pull out victory in Reliant stadium!
not really for either including texans. colts also losing today. colts vs texans is their game of the season.

Lets seeif they make him active or rather if he feels "100%" to practice

I am pretty sure HFA and a bye went out the window today

I disagree. Still got a chance. Just need ti go 4-0. Denver can easily go 2-2 and the bungles could lose to pittsburgh next week.

If this team drops a 3rd consecutive game then they deserve their seeding

I still see a bye..i see DEn and Cincy both losing at least 1. Brock won't play mistake free for the remainder.

All 4 of ours are winnable and it's not a death stretch. I see Hou and Jets as toughest due to the pass rush. Titans and MIA we should be able to take care of. And this team losing 3 in a row? Houston is in for it next week IMO

I wish i had your confidence. Right now i can't be confident about anything. This team needs to play 60 minutes.

I don't see how this team can beat any remaining team on the road. They won't go deep in playoff.

Cool, I hope we don't see you around here then since the season is over.

A statement that absolutely disregards the nature of a football season. Teams always seem unbeatable until they get beat.
Based on history I feel confident saying if the Patriots win their last 4 they will get HFA. But as I and others have said, the Bye is the big deal not HFA. and provided the Patriots can beat Miami, Tenn, Jets and Houston they will have the bye.
Keep in mind this: the Patriots have 2 losses. A game the Refs shafted them out of and a game where they gave up a shocking 21 non offense points. Neither of these two items are likely to happen again.

I hope the team can take these last two weeks and use them as motivation, just like we did after week 4 last year even though it's not as bad as it was back then. Hope we have the same strengh of character and mental toughness.

The Jets game is the one I'm most worried about. They have a good chance for a wildcard spot so it will be a war out there.

Gronkowski needs to be back for the last 2. I think we win sunday, really hard to see us lose 3 straight and tenn at home shouldnt be a prob. But were really testing our luck if we try those last 2 without gronk and i fear a loss to one which would require some help for the bye.

Cant believe i have to root for the steelers twice this month. Yuck.

Maybe you like to feel better thinking they will lose next 2 but if they lose to the damn titans at home they dont deserve to get HFA or playoffs anyway.
Why would that make me "feel better"? Look, I am just looking at reality. The Texans are 3-1 in their last four, including beat the Jets and Bengals. Tennessee is 1-3 and Pats are 2-2 including a home loss against a team that gave up 45 each of prior two weeks. Dion Lewis isn't walking through that door. This isn't the same team that was 6-0. I agree, lose to TEN and you are who you are. I don't think that will happen. I think it is safe to assume Jets win every game (TEN, DAL and BUF) other than the Pats game which leaves them 10 wins. The reality is that game just got much more interesting, and not in a good way

We just lost to a team that was 4-7. Our D which was playing so well has given up 30+ points per game the last 2. Our O is decimated with injuries and now our coaches are crapping the bed too. If we don't get this fixed immediately the wheels on our team are going to fall off. I just cannot see how to be optimistic given the state of our team.

Be fair to the defense -- it did not give up 35 points, it gave up 14. That said, it didn't make stops it needed to make, either.
