...hope the fans give a warm welcome to Matt, RAC & Pioli...

RAC and Pioli helped create some magic for our fan base and Matt did great stepping in for TFB (remember that feeling you got when 12 went down, that kick in the stomach). Matt played great and more times than not an 11-5 record will get you to the postseason. Classy guy.

Lets show some appreciation Patriots fans!!

Umm...how about we send them home with an L.

And that L stands for loss not love.

I appreciate what they did when they were here, but they are the enemy tonight. I will be up in 304 booing for the opponent as always. :rocker:

Well said. While we all want a Pats W, I'm hoping we do show them a warm welcome back to Gillette.

Just went and browsed their message board and was considering joining for football discussion. Then I see a a gif of Pollard rolling into Brady's knee followed by 2-3 pages of laughing and joking about it.

So **** those ****suckers. I hope we hang 50 on them. By halftime.

Update on Cassel:

Chiefs' QB Cassel on injured reserve - KansasCity.com

The Chiefs have placed quarterback Matt Cassel on injured reserve, eight days after he injured his hand in a loss to the Denver Broncos.

Cassel did not make the trip to New England today. The Chiefs play the Patriots tonight at 7:30, with Tyler Palko as their new starting quarterback.

Cassel's place was taken by Jeremy Horne, a WR from UMass that will be the Chiefs' #3 QB.

I feel bad for Matt. He's taken one hellacious beating in three years in KC. Although at least he's been pretty well compensated for it. Will be interesting to see who is still standing in KC next March, the QB or the idiot golf pro Pioli foolishly hired to coach them. The way things have gone in St. Louis I wouldn't be surprised to see him go after Josh in the offseason either as the new HC or as OC under RAC as HC with Mangidiot back as a DC... If he sticks with Haley Scott will be toast in KC in another year too.
