So it seems that he is not getting a playoff assignment this year. I know he didn't do any Pats games this past season. But was he and his crew terrible this year and warrant no playoff games. Or is this a sort of punishment for his role in deflategate? Or will he get the Pro Bowl assignment?

Became a ref in 2003(not playoff eligible) so he only didn't get playoff assignments in 2011 and 2012 prior.

It's because everyone knows he only did the squeeze test on those balls last year, but then had to pretend he measured each and every single one of 'em.

He must not have sucked up to Blandino enough to get a good grade.

Wait until the Super Bowl before saying he didn't get an assignment during the playoffs. He might get the Super Bowl for a reward for giving into Wells that his recollection of which gauge could have been wrong.

Nope

One of the 4 Divisional Head Refs will get the Super Bowl - Clete Blakeman, Tony Corrente, Terry McAulay and Craig Wrolstad.

And of those refs, Wrolstad is ineligible due to it only being his 2nd year.

FootballZebras said during the weekend they expect it to be Blakeman.

They think it's between Corrente and Blakeman. I'll pray to God they choose Corrente if the Pats make it.

A man of impeccable character and judgement, but his memory is not to be trusted.

Didn't corrente ref the last pats-donkeys blowjob errrr, I mean game.

Sounds like Hobson's choice to me.

Yeah you're right, but Blakeman has been involved in too much shady Pats related incidents to want him instead (Carolina picked up flag, deflategate, Jets coin toss, probably another I'm forgetting)
