I gotta say, Tom in these videos really reminds me of young, 03-05 Tom.

This is the Brady that teammates love and would do anything for. We tend to see the polished version up at the podium or at PR events.

But behind the scenes, he's just a kid who loves to play football and hang out with the guys. In college, Brady was a true leader, not just of the offense, but the entire team. Guys loved playing for Tom, and they obviously still do.

That's why I don't believe he's going to retire early. IF we win another, I don't see him fading into the sunset like Elway. It's more than just the games. It's the practice, it's the film study, it's the card games in the locker room, it's his life.
