The Green Man pub seems to be the place to meet. There's a marquee tent and stuff organised by the Colchester Gladiators. UK Pats are meeting there:

Which tube station are you going from?

I'm going to drive down to Ruislip then get the tube from there. I'm hoping for a couple of pints whilst at the Green Man, a bit of the United/Liverpool game and then to Wembley

Basically, it's on Dagmar Avenue, just over 1/2 a mile from Wembley Park. It's a little bit uphill.
