I really wouldn't say Brady missed all deep balls. If you look at the NFL.com highlight film focusing on Brady, he hit on the long pass to Moss that was batted away at the last second by a great play by the defender, and also a beautiful long ball in the end zone to Randy was only incomplete because Randy was interfered with. That was a penalty. But it wasn't called. Both times, Brady's throws were on target.
