Troy Brown given offer to stick around

No one can in their right mind can say that Brown deserves to keep his job based on the results over the last 5 years or whatever he's been here.

Mayo throwing him a bone and keeping him on staff in any capacity doesn't make sense.

I have no idea what Troy does behind the scenes, so no comment on that.

BUT I do know this: Troy has been close to the Krafts since very early in his career. Not only Robert Kraft, but Myra Kraft as well.

- I have no clue how a guy who made all his money by vastly exceeding his talent set can be a bad coach. Strange if Tiguan comes in and is Wunderkind while Troy gets walking parts/fails. But also have no idea what he did/does.

The offer to stay is very likely RK.

And I don’t have a problem w taking care of any of Troy, Slater, Vrabel, Brady ( )*, etc. the key and essential dynasty makers can get a shot or a no show job for all I care.


*OT: wouldn’t it be cool for TB to get a partial ownership in Pats instead of Faders.
