Tom Curran on Sirius NFL radio

On the Afternoon Blitz with Adam Schien and Jim Miller,Tom Curran from NFL.com called for "an absolute BEAT DOWN!" Great stuff, he goes on to break down the last Giant game saying that the Pats were playing to break records and when they decided to get serious they clamped down played defense and put the game away.

Curran has a horrendous record picking games. I'd feel better if he picked the Giants in a squeaker.

The really telling effort was the Giants' playing to not be embarassed at the end of the game. They were satisfied to take their time and score a garbage time TD and chance an off-side kick. Opportunists without a plan.
