titans haynesworth steps on head

Did everyone see the dirtiest thing ever done in football. While a dallas cowboys player was down on the ground after a play with his helmet off, haynesworth a titan player, steps on the head of the dallas player.(sorry cant remember the dallas cowboys players name) This player needed 30 stiches to sew his head up. To me that was the worst thing i iever seen a player intentionally do on the football field. I thing he should be suspended for at least 5 games and a million dollar fine.
