Nobody said they have to be nonsense buzz-words... thought about "bubble butt" but that must have at some point already been in the vocabulary, because people were talking about guys having "that bubble" in previous drafts... it got de-contracted

Agree that speed to power isn't necessary to describe things. you could have either one or both. Sounds like a protester in the civil rights movement speedily converting truth to power.
