Hard to ignore what his accomplishments were in this area even though it was 11 years ago,I don't think his previous NFL teams were using him much in that area.

34.6 kick return average is extremely impressive and if he still has some willingness to create havoc in the kicking game I think BB will use him more than just a few times there.

Imagine starting from our own 35 or better nearly everytime Moss returns a kick? - May be dangerous for injury that can result from extra time on the field but its hard to ignore he can still be a factor for us here like Hester in Chicago..Even at 30 years old he will likely be better than most in the game today.

In a word, no!

It's an interesting thought but I would say no. Between Welker, Hobbs, Faulk, and maybe eveantually Jackson we are pretty much covered there. And who knows if Moss is still as dynamic a player as he was (I think he is, but like I said, who knows) and I also think it's kind of one of those things where you have to pick your battles. If Moss is willing to fly straight by just being a wide receiver then I am fine with that. You might risk setting him off if you ask him to be a kick returner too, and it's not really worth getting in a conflict over.

Check Welkers punt return results in big 12 competition.

Also, I'd like to see them try Hobbs a little more. He's explosive.

Good CHRIST. NO. What's next? Will Brady play DB if Troy's not available?

Moss is going to be used as goal line blocker. Thus BB will crystallize his reputation of unpredictability.

while i say no
i wouldnt be surprised to see him there once or twice next yr
hobbs should get most the looks at kr
welker most at pr
didnt we have that discussion a while back lol

Why would you risk lossing him to a possible special teams "jacked up" tackle?

Moss has been injured each of the last three seasons. The Pats are not going to risk keeping that streak alive with four season by putting him in the return game.
