What rule book says the ball has to be in possesstion with when his knee comes off the ground. Explain the justification for overturning that.

I'm actually pretty glad this happened, cause I've been extremely frustrated by the officiating throughout the whole year, it's atrocious. This just proves that I'm not only going by the New England/Denver game.
