It IS an idiotic poll - where is the "no further punishment is warranted" option? I do understand that that is covered by "something else", but that can also be interpreted as meaning "something else as punishment" and leads the casual reader to assume that the editors feel some punishment is warranted because a NEW crime has been detected. What a BS poll.

The article false in that it states as a fact that the Pats were "illegally" videotaping signals since 2000. Perhaps Belichick's interpretation of the 2006 memo was tenuous, but he has a strong defense for pre-2006 taping.

The survey is garbage. Goodell already punished them for all evidence revealed since 2000. This is a witchhunt from Spectre and the media.
