It wasn't that long ago that the Patriots had issues with their team doctor, Tom Gill, and parted ways with him. He's also not the first team doctor they've parted ways with over poor medical treatment of players.

Thought Rob Ryan's closing comment on Belichick was worthy of note: "Best coach to ever coach."

The Ryan brothers have a pretty good football pedigree, that summation plus his comments comparing Belichick to Rob's dad Buddy were very meaningful.
