No, that play was all about stomping out the Jets with one throw. We know now that it backfired and helped bring them back into the game.

Stomping out any team with one play is how the Patriots have operated for 5 years.

That play actually helped me enjoy the game as it made the Patriots focus again. In my opinion the Jets were never really in the game. 2 fluke TD's and many many stops in the red zone.
