The Pats will look to re-build the defensive force that won them 3 SB's. The key to this team is a smart, solid, fast & confusing defense. The Pats did suffer a huge amount of injuries last season and will have an outstanding defensive foundation for 2006. If they continue to add a deep stock of undervalued reasonable priced players that fit that mold (above) they will again be very very competitive. Same , Same, Same
Offense is not their concern, never was! When they had to come through last yr to make up for the Pats initial and abysmal defensive play, they did and they can with Brady.
Pats sign Julian Peterson and will focus on drafting Def backs early this year.
