I had some time to waste, so why not?
I've used both NFL Draft Scout and my own judgement to determine a players value and tried to take needs into account as they presently seem.
My first Mock
Round One
Zack Martin, OT/OG, Notre Dame
Originally I had Colt Lyerla here but as this mock continued, two things happened. Firstly I found a potential later round prospect that matches up with Lyerla well. and secondly, I hadn't mocked an OG which is a position at which we need to add some youth.
Martin strikes me as an ideal Patriot interior lineman. He plays as a college OT but at 6-4, perhaps lacks the length to be a pro LT. He can maul with the best of them but has impressively quick feet. Watching him, I can easily imagine him playing on our OL.
Round Two
DeAndre Coleman, DT, California
At 6-4, 320, Coleman fits the BB mould very nicely. He might not be elite athletically, but his athleticism is a plus and combines excellently with his big upside strength. A genuine two-gap capable DT or 3-4 DE.

Round Three
Qua Cox, CB, Jackson State
An exciting talent. Not great size at 5-11, 185, but Cox has genuine shutdown corner capabilities. I've only seen two games worth of tape (and that's only because I've gone looking), but from what I've seen Cox has the skillset that will get the amateur draft world salivating. I'm convinced this is a name you will hear more and more of as the upcoming season progresses.
Round Four
Bryn Renner, QB, UNC
I'm a believer in preparing for Brady's ultimate departure and that to do so, the Patriots must be consider drafting a QB every year until they find one that they can trust to be the future franchise QB. There are other QBs in this draft that I like but I choose Renner here because he has experience and he runs an offense that has some similarities to the Patriots in that it is both up-tempo and relies on quick hitting short passing.
Round Five
Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
here's My Lyerla alternative. From CBS Sports:

He's a junior and there are some red flags, but he's someone that will be worth watching in the Hernandez replacement stakes.

Round Six
Caraun Reid, DT, Princeton
Is possibly my early later round binky. Reid is athletic plays with outstanding aggressive hands and whilst kicking around the 300lb mark is a strength against the run whilst having the ability to penetrate the pocket and get after the QB. Is on the Senior Bowl pre-season watch list so hopefully we'll get to see much more of him.

Round Seven
Jeremy Butler, WR, Tennessee-Martin
He's 6-3, 205lbs and judging from the video below, has a wonderful pair of hands. If this vid is in any way indicative of his abilities, then I'm a fan.

Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
here's My Lyerla alternative. From CBS Sports:
Amaro has an ideal build with a tall, chiseled frame and long arms to extend and jolt defenders as a blocker, using pop and aggression to latch on and redirect his target. He is a terrific athlete for his size with natural burst out of his breaks and off the line of scrimmage, accelerating quickly and easily to get to his top speed (rumored to be in the mid-4.5 range) in a hurry. Amaro isn't just an athlete, though, displaying big mitts and natural focus to watch the ball into his hands and quickly turn upfield. The biggest red flag for Amaro might be durability with several injuries dating back to his high school days, including the spleen issue last year that cost him six games. He was also arrested in March 2012 on credit-card fraud, though he is genuinely considered to be a high-character individual by the coaches. The Texas Tech offense doesn't really utilize the traditional tight end position, but Amaro is expected to line up as an inside receiver, occasionally with his hand on the ground, and is primed for a breakout season.
