The 2007 and 2008 Defenses

There is a long way to go in the offseason. I think we need to recall that the 2007 defense was one of the best in the AFC.

The front office has the rest of off-season to replace Samuel, Colvin and Seau. Of course, Colvin and/or Seau could still be re-signed. This is NOT a very long list of needs after 9 days of the off-season!!

ILB Heron, Mays replaced by Slaughter
S Baker replaced by Ventrone
S Wilson replaced by Williams
CB Gay replaced by Sanders
CB Spann replaced by Webster

We also had who have not been replaced
CB Samuel
OLB Colvin
ILB Seau
