Tedy is on the field in pads

Not to belabor the point, but there does seem to be some confusion re: Chad Jackson - has he or has he not been seen ON THE FIELD, IN PADS (which would suggest that he'll have practiced)? Because so far, if he's just out there stretching, it doesn't count, in my world, as "back at practice." Either way, I doubt he plays this weekend, but if someone could clarify this for us, I'd appreciate it.
