I know the draft is coming, but would like to see a flyer taken on a guy like Peerless Price....
 
agree 100%.... the WR crop in this years draft is thin at best. Patriots must have something planned cuz I don't see the draft being much help..... Just have to wait and see I guess...:rocker:
 
I've already written about this in the draft forum. This team does NOT need a big tall flyer at WR. It would be like giving a pregnant woman birth control. Totally useless. As much as I think Brady is hands down the best QB in the league, its not for his cannon arm. This team needs recievers who are smart, great route runners, durable, tough, and quick, not necessarily fast. These are cheaper and easier to come by. These guys gotta be able to get open across the middle in the 10-20 yd range and miss a tackle or two and get some YAC. If they cant miss those tackles, they gotta be able to take them. And get up.
