The magazine screwed up when it started selling its "Steelers Championship Package" on its website before the game even started. If you typed in "www.sipittsburghoffer.com," up came an order form for all sorts of Steelers championship junk. But there was no such Seattle package. In fact, when you typed "www.siseattleoffer.com," the Pittsburgh one came up.

And how about how they showed Steeler players posing with the SB trophy all game long and I only saw Hasselbeck with the trophy for about 5 seconds.....And Pitt players were "miked up" and ZERO Seattle players had that privelege? How many times in pre-game did they show the Seahawks warming up? I don't even remember seeing them, but I saw the Steelers constantly......

This struck me as very odd. I really wasn't rooting for either team until I saw those ******ed segments. Why would you even agree to pose with the SB trophy like you had won it already? So, so cheesy.

I thought that was cheesy as well. It reminded me of the time they had those video clip player stat shots during the first Cowboys/Bills Superbowl. They showed Aikman's stats, and instead of a picture of Aikman alongside them, they had a pre-taped video clip of a very uncomfortable Aikman pretending to throw the football and just generally looking embarrassed. I cringed for him.

But I do think the having Stevie Wonder officiate rather than sing would be a vast improvement next year.
