dont know for who yet

on espnnews bottom line

does this mean we move youk back to third?

he was claimed off waivers

I have no idea why the Dodgers would waive him. He has options left. Oh well, good for the Sox.

It means we've got the option to do so if Lowell falters.

Choi was a starter so I'm guessing defensively he's decent defensively

So Youkillis is probably the best out of Snow, Choi and Lowell offensively and can probably be counted on to see a lot of playing time.

Then out of the remaining three you have a rotation depending on who the hotter bat might be at the time, as well as substituting for defensive play when we have a lead.

Its not how I'd develop my team but it really seems like they are working hard to do the best with what they have.

I applaud Theo for bringing some measure of competition to the team. No small feat when you have guarenteed contracts. In many ways Theo and Belichick operate similar in that are great believers in competition for a job.

Choi is not going to mke us forget Mo Vaughn...but like I said...the man is trying at least.
