Slow week here on Patsfans...Anyone else going to the game?

Boy it's been slow here this week. I'm guessing it's a combination of 2 things - the Steelers stink, so we haven't had the influx of black & gold fans we usually have, and we are not sure what we have in this Patriots team (or we know what we have, but we are afraid to say so).

I am going to the game. Anyone else? The main thing I will be looking for is can our WRs get some separation and get open, and can Tom Brady get them the ball? I'm expecting our D to be pretty good, despite all the injuries, as long as the O doesn't give the Squealers a short field. Is the Steeler's D still good? I know they have had a lot of turnover in personnel too.

I'm feeling the lethargy folks. Think a lot of Steelers fans will show for this game? The Patriots sent me a Facebook notice that the Red Sox are going to be there with their trophy. Hopefully that will spark a winning vibe and a fast start by our boys!

I will be at this game courtesy of another Patsfans member who offered me a ride and a ticket. Will be stopping by the Razor's Edge Tailgate bus and tents pre game. Jacked & pumped!

Probably a combination of comfort and Steelers stink. I feel it too. Maybe we got a bit comfortable now as a fan base, at 6-2, and we're facing the Steelers going into the bye week.

If we lose a game like this I bet you things will change drastically around here. The forum would be flooded tonight. There's a lot more people when things are going bad or we're winning ugly.

I think the fanbase is definitely looking past this game. Hope the team does not.

Looking forward to seeing the WS trophy, was at game 6 ( smart move on my part buying bleacher seats for possible WS game 6 during the tiger series). Went my boys and we sure did have a blast.

November marks the real start for the 2013 season.........we pretty much know who we are and hope we can plug the holes on "D", right the offensive ship in time for a very possible deep playoff run that just may lead us to NYC.

Here's why: the clocks turning back, late game, and it's going to be cold. We're suddenly in the depths of autumn. And I think the game will be yet another slug-out (usually is with the Steelers).

I'll be there, of course. I really don't care what this game shows as long as the Pats win and go into the bye 7-2. After the bye, things get more intense and THAT is when I expect this team to show whatever it's truly capable of doing.

Sarcasm will get you everywhere! Sitting at Skipjack's trying not to be rushed out by the teenager waiting on me & feeling good about the game! Weather clear & cold. Lots of fans here early. Not too many Steelers fans (yay!). Have fun all & go Pats!!!

Living in Florida I get my annual game in Miami, and that is it. I'm thankful for that as one game live is certainly better than none.
