What do you think? Sign the beast?

I would love to have him, especially at the veteran minimum. But he has been replaced with younger players who've turned out to be just as effective. Welker signing with Denver was the best thing that could have happened to Julian Edelman.

Now that Wes has gone, it's a bit hard to imagine him back again.

He has clearly lost a step. He may have a shot in a bad team or being an emergency replacement

Anyway, i'm actually hoping he retires, he has suffered enough blows to the head already

Then why would you want him back?

An older, slower, concussion prone player as a back up? Why in gods name would you want to take up a roster spot with that?

Doing these kinds of moves, for sentimental reasons, is how you end up picking top 5.

I could see them signing him for the minimum if they had cut Amendola. But there's no sense in having all three of Edelman, Amendola and Welker on the roster.

He should retire before he does any more damage to his brain. He can thank Manning's horribly placed ducks for effectively shortening his career.

Wes needs to walk away while his brain still can tell him left foot, right foot.

WHAT? He is completely toasted.

HELL YEAH, ......

Sign him for a $1 so he can RETIRE.

LiVE LONG Wes, give up football and save your head.

My favourite non-Patriots player who became my favourite Patriots player, toughest little b*st*rd on the planet ...

Retire now, please!

I hope Wes goes to a team like GB or NO and plays for a QB who won't set him up to be killed like Manning does
