Should there be a rule against the commissioner being on the field during a play?

Just want to get everyone's thoughts on this topic. I personally think it's out of line for the commissioner of the NFL to go onto the playing field in the middle of a play. It's a good think Goodell didn't interfere with the play, but what is he doing there to begin with? Honestly, I would think that with all the video cameras around the stadium, he doesn't need to be up that close to see the play live.

Thoughts?

The refs kicked him off, literally, so I'm good with it.

Perhaps there should be to keep coaches out.
