Saw this segment last night. Dmitroff continually referred to lessons learned while on the Patriots staff and how he and Pioli carry those same traits while building their current teams. Pretty good viewing...for this time of year sans Pats.

Well both of them built division winning playoff teams after leaving the Pats so I would judge them to be pretty successful.
