Rare Superbowl where I dont hate either team so idgaf who wins. Hope its the Bengals as they built thier team the "right" way not to mention thier fans have suffered and suffered for years so I think they would enjoy it more. However there is one rule in football that has been proven again and again and again. Defense wins championships and games are won, or lost, in the trenches. In fact just last year it was proven again, give me the dominate D line against a crap O line. I think Rams win and in a convincing manner though the Bengals stick around for a little bit showing great promise for the future.

Give me the Bengals.

McVay annoys me for whatever the reason.

I wouldn't mind any team winning though other than the Patriots or Tom winning, this matchup was the most ideal to me rooting interest wise. No KC no Rodgers...
I just want to trip McVay when he does his little running thing.

so far the best part of the game is all the old white guys i'm friends with on social media whining about the halftime show

this is either going to be a "destiny" game for the burrows led bengals, or a complete thrashing by the rams......
This old white guy couldn't care less about the halftime show or the commercials. I also don't need to see the coaches on either side writing down notes or spitting. They should stick to football. Unfortunately, the SB has become more like a circus than a sporting event.

I want the Bengals to win. If they do they'll bring the AFC back to even in SB wins and for this season. They were tied two years ago for SB wins after a comeback that took many years, but Brady went to TB and gave the NFC the lead right back. That's the only place where the NFC isn't being crushed by the AFC overall.

I imagine the Lions fan forum will spiral into
doom to the point that the moderators have to create a Matthew Stanford sub forum to sequester the unrest. Fans will spend an eternity meticulously pulling apart the billion dollar question: was their lack of success because of Matthew Stafford or Jim Caldwell?
Don't forget about Matt Patricia.

I want to see Silence of the Rams III.

If the Rams keep their focus (IF) they should win without much stress. See 49ers first game and Bucs playoff game.

If the Rams who randomly decide to lose focus and do everything show up, this game will be close. Doesn't make sense they have these lapses with McVay as HC.

He posted on his own IG account though

Strange. You'd think a purchase that big would have the date right and use a more professional email than hotmail.com lol

Also, you would think that the Rams owner would want the owner's suite for himself to see his own team...

If the Rams win I think it'll be because they did what many fans want their teams to do. Go all in with top players.

Hoping for a competitive game, and I think the Rams will win, but either team winning is okay by me.

Kinda sucks not having someone to root for or even root against. I got the rams though but I could easily see either team winning.

Bengals

Their defense is very underrated and particularly the secondary. IMO, Burrow is the better QB and I dont trust Stafford. Yeah, the Rams have Kupp and OBJ, but the Bengals have Chase who hasnt hit the rookie wall yet and Boyd and Higgins. Plus Mixon. TE Uzomah is playing.

The Bengals have too much firepower. They are a team of destiny.

McVay isn't going to blow his chance. He got put through the wringer real good a few years ago by BB and has had to wait three years for another chance.

He's going to be 100% ready this time.

I feel like the LA Rams will win. On paper they just have more talent. Cinci should make it a close game though. They are underrated and Joe Burrow to Chase will always be a threat to score and make a dramatic comeback.
