Here is the first award for clown mock draft for the Pats. Where do they get these contributors that write this trash? Was it an 8th grade English paper assignment?

If you want to read it: NFL Mock Draft: Patriots 3-round 2025 projection before free agency begins

Summary:
#4- Hunter Colorado (WR/CB) - Lol like he is going to be there, they said both Ward and Sanders would go before him and Carter is going #1. What are they smoking?
#38-Johnson Iowa (RB) - I mean yeah RB is what we should spend our second round pick on. Give me a break did they watch the Pats this season?
#69- Restrepo Miami (WR) -5'10 , 4.58 40yd...yeah no thanks. The opposite of TT slow and short...maybe that is the answer.
#77- Stewart Michigan (Edge)- I mean why draft any offensive linemen right?

There you have it the perfect draft for our first 4 picks. The rest is just icing on the cake.

There are scenarios where Hunter drops to 4. Its really going to come down to combine and pro days. If Carter shows up big and the qb’s ball out, there you have it. As for the rest of the picks, definitely not sexy. I hope we shore up our OL in FA so we can spend most of our premium picks on a deep, talented defensive class.

The chance that Hunter drops to 4th is like less than 10%. Its just wishful thinking if peeps think he will be available for us to snag.

Who do you have snagging him?

I don't want Hunter. He is fools gold and I hope a lot of teams see that. I guess if you want a possible very good corner in the top 5? I dunno the NFL is a completely different animal than college football. If he was there at 4, I'd sell the pick. The Pats need more solid players in different areas.

I never really was high on him. The son and I spent some time yesterday watching highlights of a few players from the season to include Hunter. He is very talented for sure but I agree I just don't see him as a priority for our needs. And although running backs are not a major need I was really impressed with Jeanty and Skattebo.

Things will change after FA.
No doubt....I think being in our position if there was a decision (which I am not a fan of) to go after a receiver I would take McMillan. Great hands, 6'5 can sit down in windows and go after contested balls. He is going to shine in the NFL.

The combine starts in a week. You'll get a re-shuffling of the Top 100 from experts after that.

And, I would like them to come away with at least one of those 2nd or 3rd Round Gems at WR in addition to TWO potential Stud RB's.

I think he goes 1st to the Titans.

I dont think Sanders goes in the top 5. I don't think he is that good he just got a lot of attention because of his name.
I dont think Sanders is that good either. I do however think a lot of teams are desperate and stupid though. If he lights it up in the predraft process, he could claim a spot in the top 5.

Fluff, like his old man.
Next Solo tackle Deion makes will be his 1st.
Deion is an Overated loudmouth IMO, I can't stand that dude.
Bah..

Evan Lazar has a 4 round mock out. It's not the most exciting but it''s good enough

I think Jihaad Cambell is getting plenty of first round love right now so as a replacement, I would look at one of Jack Sawyer (the perfect pick to kickstart Vrabel's career in NE), TJ Sanders or trading down for Darius Alexander (and with the additional pick taking Clemson LB Barrett Carter).
