First, let me say I am borrowing the title from Dry Heat who entertained us annually with his version of rating prospects for the Patriots.

Second, this began with a list of my "Binkies". This, in no way is supposed to be inclusive. It is just the prospects that I feel would make "good" Patriots. If you see a player not rated, many times it is just that I didn't see the value of trading to get that player where he is currently rated by those draft experts above me.

Last, I don't get a strong feeling for we will finally end up drafting in the 1st round, I just don't think that we spend the pick currency to move that far forward in the draft, so I eliminated many good players that I don't think will reach us.
