I can see this happening,After all Madden will probably miss the game severely as months go on and Davis wants a proven winner which Madden has been with the Raiders in the past.
Madden as Raiders GM would be a perfect marriage and would no doubt help the team...even at John's age and absence from the sidelines in decades.
