He's right, but as he pointed out, it's really hard to find a legitimate SS who isn't an enormous liability in coverage.
It's kinda like saying that what they really need is a linebacker who can play man coverage against tight ends without being a liability in the ground game, or a defensive end who can get 15-17 sacks without giving up contain on every play. It's true, in the sense that every team would love to have one. It's unrealistic, though, in the sense that only a handful of such guys exist. If you get one, awesome, but if you don't have one then holding your breath waiting for him to arrive might not be the best idea.
