Just a heads up Mr Kraft is on espn right now. Not that we didn't know, but great passionate man, owner and fan.

He did say that the losses affect him much more than the wins and that he's thankful there haven't been many two game slides recently.

..I can think of two 2 game slides since like 05 or 06. Pretty fortunate with the Franchise this fanbase has been presented with for the past decade.

He isn't the best X's and O's guy, but he doesn't have to be. I love hearing him talk about his team. It's so great to have such a sincere owner. Any time he said he's going to extend someone or wants them here for their entire career it has happened. Welker isn't going anywhere.

Reiss excerpts the following quote from the ESPN interview:

Management philosophy: “We try to hire managers in our different businesses that we trust, have good judgment, and we also want them to be bold and be willing to do things that other people aren’t willing to do. The only way they can do that is if they feel they have the support of the people they work with. When you take risks, very often they don’t work out. But understanding why the risk was taken, and at that moment with the information available why they made the decision to do it, we support it. ... How are you ever going to sustain success year in and year out? You have to be willing to do things that the other 31 teams don’t want to do.”
