Wrapping up the day

FOXBOROUGH -- The Patriots' afternoon practice (4:15 p.m.) was a walkthrough, so we'll wrap up the day with a few quick nuggets:

RB LaMont Jordan was on the field for the walkthrough. He will wear jersey No. 32.

Because the session was a walkthrough, players on the physically unable to perform list were present. PUP players are allowed to be at walkthroughs, which are extremely slow-paced as players are dressed in shorts and T-shirts. OLB Mike Vrabel spent time chatting with head coach Bill Belichick at the start of the walkthrough.
