Re: Ray Rice DOUBTFUL?

nah, we want to beat them with rice playing. otherwise, we would have hear all week that the pats got by because of the baltimore injuries.

Why should we care about what anybody thinks? The W is all that matters. I wouldn't wish a season ending injury on the guy, but one game...sure.

I'm with you; bring on the inactives.

Re: Ray Rice DOUBTFUL?

Hmmm ... I dunno, I can buy ear plugs but a 1 in the W column is still exactly that. I'll take their team however it is delivered. Injuries are an unfortunate part of the game, but still part of things nonetheless.

A more perfect post was never published

Ravens Insider - Baltimore Ravens news, schedule, analysis and opinion from Mike Preston, Jamison Hensley, Edward Lee and Ken Murray - The Baltimore Sun

Friday's Injury Report
Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and cornerback Josh Wilson are the Ravens’ biggest injury concerns for Sunday’s showdown with the New England Patriots.

Ngata, who injured his left knee in the team’s 31-17 victory over the Denver Broncos last Sunday, was limited in practice for the second consecutive day, and he is questionable for the game against New England.

Similarly, Wilson, who injured his hamstring against the Broncos, was limited for the second straight day and is questionable for Sunday.

Linebackers Jameel McClain (knee) and Edgar Jones (thigh), running back Ray Rice (knee), fullback Le’Ron McClain (shoulder/knee) and safety Ken Hamlin (ankle) are probable despite being limited in practice Friday.

Defensive end Paul Kruger (sprained medial collateral ligament in left knee) was also limited Friday, but he is doubtful for Sunday.

I'll take the W. Rice on the sidelines is fine with me. I really don't care what haters or Baltimore fans say or think.

Indeed. If we have to play the Ravens without Rice in the line-up, then that's fine by me.

Re: Ray Rice DOUBTFUL?

McGahee is no slouch, even if Rice is suddenly out
