in a Nyjfl video about status of Shanahan going to 49ers, Rapaport said that Shanahan wants to poach Patriots LB Coach Brian Flores (for DC maybe?). He is so late in the game of staff building, he has to promote up i guess. (That is in addition to wanting JAG.)
