Rams give offer to Moss?

Someone posted this in the Hashmarks blog. This does not seem all that legit, since the web site for KFNS says nothing.

Rams have a horrible cap situation right now though. I think they're only at about 15 mil or something. And they gotta sign that #2 pick.
