ProFootballWeekly.com - Mock draft 1.0

Patriots taking Brandon Thompson DL, Clemson @#27
@#32 Mahamed Sanu WR, Rutgers

At this point I would prefer Jeffrey at WR

But they do have us picking at #32.

Agreed, I would want Jeffrey at WR as well.

I would take Kendall Wright or Sanu over Jeffries.

I agree with you about Jeffery over Sanu, and I've made my position pretty clear about why. I also wouldn't mind Thompson, but only if we stick with a 4-3 because I don't see him a fit in a 3-4. In terms of the mock as a whole, any mock that has Kuechly at 25 loses any credibility to me. I don't see him getting past Philly at 15, if he even makes it that far. I also think Poe and Barron are very high and I would be suprised if they went there.

Heck, if he made it to 25, *I*'d be all for trading up for him. . . .

Sanu is a really good potential WR who may end up being better than Jeffery. And he looks to be a better Patriot fit. I'd be fine with both but would prefer Sanu. Better upside.

Barron at 10 and Randle in the first round ? No way.
