Right now I think Jackson have the Highest ceiling of any of these QB's. Jackson would rewrite the RPO with his unreal speed. I think Jackson goes Top 10 or 11 no further he will be overdrafted on Potential alone.
 
Jackson is undoubtedly the best athlete at the QB position... unfortunately for him we're not looking for a great athlete but a great QB.
