THE FINAL THREE (PICK 3)
(Webster), Alexander, Izzo, (Aiken),(Eckel), Wilhite
(Spann),(Richardson),Guyton),(Redd),(Ruud), (Ventrone)
------------------------------------------------
I think the offense is in pretty good shape, although Welbourne could end up replacing someone put on the IR.

The defense is now also in great shape. Lynch is a major addition.

All we have left is to pick the last three special teamers.

WR - 5 Moss, Gaffney, Welker, Washington, Jackson
TE - 3 Watson, Thomas, Pollard

DEFENSE (22)
DE - 3 Warren, Green, Seymour
DT - 4 Wilfork, Wright, Smith, Thomas
OLB- 4 Vrabel, Adalius Thomas, Crable, Woods
ILB- 3 Bruschi, Mayo, Hobson
CB – 4 Hobbs, Bryant, Wheatley, Sanders
S - 4 Sanders, Harrison, Meriweather, Lynch

SPECIALISTS (4)

R - 1 Slater

PUP LIST
2 Neal, Ross

THE FINAL THREE
3 Alexander, Izzo, Wilhite

Early thoughts that could very easily change:

- Hobson is on the outside looking in of my 53

- Spann replaces Hobson, Lynch belongs more with the LB's, than the S's

- Izzo makes the team as does Aiken if he's healthy

- Final open spot goes to Wilhite or Webster though both could make the team over Lewis Sanders by the end of camp.

- Ventrone is my top in house candidate to make the roster if Aiken is unable to play

- I could see the Patriots adding another pure WR if a good veteran is cut by another team. The same type of addition could be made on the OL and at TE.

- I realize I am an ILB short to start the season, but I see Thomas or Vrabel moving inside if Bruschi or Mayo is injured. Junior Seau will be on speed dial and Guyton will (hopefuly) be on the practice squad.

- Possible surprise cuts: Dave Thomas (injury bug, may only keep 2 TE's and Watson has trouble staying healthy so the more reliable Pollard might get the nod). Lamont Jordan (team decides it can't keep 5 RB's).

- Possible surprise survivors: Guyton/Redd (too much talent to make it through waivers).
