Dude got lambasted over there. What was he thinking putting himself out there right after a report of disapproval from the NFL players. If that Q+A was a football game reddit would have been fined $50,000 for a hit to the head.

Man, that was ugly. Goodell got slaughtered on there, and just ignored most of the questions. Lots of stuff from pissed off Saints, Cowboys, Redskins, and Steelers fans. Pats fans, despite having a pretty strong representation on Reddit, stayed surprisingly quiet for the most part.

You realize that Reddit is one of the largest communities on the net, right? It's anything but an amateur site, and there's a reason why it basically won the content aggregator race (beating out Digg, Fark, Stumbleupon, etc.)

The first question is about his 39% approval rating with the players: not his issue. He works for the owners.

The second one is about head injuries and such, which is again, ridiculous. The NFL keeps trying to mandate better helmets and such, and the NFLPA fights them on it.


All that does is make me realize how ignorant your average reddit user is.

did anyone ask Goodell why he ripped off the Patriots organization for a 1st round pick and fined them high six figures over camera placement...and then stay silent as the media invented a gigantic strawman and attacked the Patriots day after day for the entire 2007 season???

did anyone ask him to compare a 25K fine for throwing the finger in public on camera to the general public, and then squash depraved public degeneracy by the same NFL head coach...while innocent children were exposed nationwide to "swinging and "toe sukking and toe mouthing and toe fetishism" as the disgusting travesty was published in newspapers everywhere...compare all this with a camera placement argument??????????????
